2. The offender's exact ingame name: ZeriixYT & ICantPvPHD
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: using reach / kill aura . we can clearly see they are hitting me from a long range .

I don't see any hacks here.
They both hit you in range, and although the end looks a little suspicious, I wouldn't / can't decipher whether they're hacking or not.
