2. The offender's exact ingame name: Zanbradthecr3per/Arhkhalious (New name right in middle of infraction, used to bypass plot limit and possibly later to bypass punishments. I already know he has alts, "Ritaregh1951" and "_underthug_", because they joined at same time and follow main account.)
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: On Creative and Creative2, excess amounts of spam. Just putting spam offense on though, not sure alts are against rules even though exploiting the system. on Creative2, it's 2 + the later 14; on Creative1, only 14.
