      My ingame name: TorchwoodRC
      Offender's exact ingame name: Nuicat (Yesterday xxxJollyxxx was banned for bow glitching, Jhow reported her)
      What rule they broke/how they broke it: Ban Evading, She made It clear in chat that it was her on another account.
