Watching the video in .25 speed, it doesn't seem that the player being reported is hacking.
There were maybe 5 hits transacted, he was looking towards the ground and hitting you, but that's not necessarily what Kill aura does.
It could have been he has bad ping, and they were delayed hits, but there was no point where he toggled / used kill aura.
If you want to prove me wrong, feel free to record more of this player, and I'll look at it.
