I diden't scam her. I got her the optifine cape she gave the cape back to me and I diden't want it I was goin' to buy a new one and she gives it to me and because I alreddy have one it wont let me send it back to her so It's clearly her fault

 

I'm afraid this is not a bannable offence, and another thing, there's no proof.
