While a DDoS threat may have been implied, there is also a chance that this was purely an in-game threat, which is not against the rules. This screenshot doesn't tell us much, and I don't think it would be right to ban this player for saying something that may be a DDoS threat.

Were you ddosed? Do you have proof of that? For now, I will not banning this player, but feel free to report again or message me if you have further evidence.
