Ok, this doesnt look like hacks to me, I watched it over and over like i played the video 3 times and watched your duel even more, I don't see this as hacks. As for your 'he hit you but you couldnt hit him' If someone is at the edge of another players range and that player is hit and tries to hit back, they will be unable to as the server will register them already going back. I understand that it may seem like hacks but with my knowledge and prior experience as a moderator I have concluded is it not hacks. Sorry as I doubt this is the outcome you were looking for
