Don't know if bragging about breaking the rules (promoting breaking the rules) is against the rules, but I felt it was ruining the legitimacy of the server so I thought I'd pass it along. He also seemed to show someone to diamonds later in the chat, giving further evidence that he wasn't being annoying for annoying sake, but actually x-raying.
