    Im very sorry that this has happened to you. :( You are going to need to send an email to[email protected] with proof of your balance. I don't know if they are planning on refunding people at this point. Cyp is currently away without internet and I do not know when he will be returning, so when you send the email, you are going to have to be patient. I am going to close this because unfortunately there isn't anything we can do about it here on the forums, it all relies on sending the email to support. As soon as we know exactly what, if anything, is going to be done about this, I will post a thread about it.
