The link leads to YouTube as I tested it myself using a VPN of course. I'm guessing he was genuinely trying to link you to some videos and maybe ad focus is his way of linking things, no harm in the link so don't worry. I would suggest report links like this or similar again if the offender or anyone else sends them. We can double check for you. Thank you for the report.
