Hey, brendunce do you happen to have the screenshot of your whole screen? Cropped screenshots arent accepted as evidence, "NOTE: Screenshots and videos must be uncropped and unedited. The entire screen must be shown."

 

When I took the screenshot, I had Minecraft in a reduced size window so that was all my screenshot captured. If that makes the screenshot invalid, I will remember to maximize the window in the future but I did not crop the image in any way, just the game itself.
