You can tell he is walking while healing. Please put it in slowmo while i bow boost towards him. So, I reviewed the video and I agree with Sabrina. I slowed it down and watched it multiple times. He was stopped for a brief period of time where he could have just pasted /heal. Due to that, it is not enough for a log check or a ban. I am not saying he did not macro but he did have enough time to type it when he was stopped while you went towards him. Since you are so far away we cannot see the exact time he heals either. If you see them do it again feel free to report this but I am denying it for the same reason as Sabrina.
