So, there really isn't evidence against the player. You showed right after you voted, so there is nothing to show that he didn't pay you after, so I am closing this due to lack of evidence. In this instance, you would really need a video and proof of him saying he won't pay you. I will, however, be banning you for a month due to you using Wolfram.
