I don't really see how bow spamming can be affecting you on creative. Just /ignore him, and you won't be bothered by him again. And that isn't good leverage with the blackmail, if I were to call it that. All you have to do is ignore him and he will go away. If you keep interacting with him, he will stay. Proper black mail would be "Add me back or I will downgrade you". There, he has more leverage for you to do what he wants.
