Hmm.. I don't know if he is advertising a server on purpose or he is just saying he will go to another server.

I half agree with you tho.

 

Even if he was just notifying us that he was leaving to go to that server, I'm pretty sure it still counts as advertising. It is after all another server's ip in the public chat, the nature of the message doesn't really matter I believe...
