Did they say anything like "Hey tp for a diamond sword"? If they only sent a tp request you take the risk.

 

He did not say that, he just did tpahere and as I saw a few other people get banned for that, I thought I should report him for it

 

If they just request you tp to them, you're taking a risk. If he said "Hey tp for diamond sword" or something, it would be different. Sorry.
