How isn't that solid evidence? that clearly is kill aura.

 

It looks like your ping skyrocketed for a second, and the server froze, and he hit you twice while you were frozen, and the knockback caused you to go flying, and made it look like he 180'd you.
I wouldn't classify this 0:21 video as "hacking" , If you could record more of this player, and prove me wrong, that'd be greatly appreciated.
