To be honest with you guys/girls, I'm not too sure about this, but I wanted to make a post anyway. I had reviewed the evidence multiple times, and it looks like she was hitting me while she was blocking. It's all up to you though, your choice.
Edit: If you pause the video between her hitting me, you can see the block and the hit that the same time.
