We don't really understand what you are reporting these users for, what makes you think that this is a threat?

 

the fact that 4 people at the exact same time said -morgan's discord (minus morgan's discord) (threatning to hack his discord) and -morgan's router (minus morgan's router) (threatning to ddos the router)

 

They obviously planned to say this at the same time to make it seem threatning.

Unfortunately the evidence provided is insufficient. Though I'm glad you're worried for others, I don't think they meant harm with what they said. Even if they were trying to seem threatening, what they said honestly doesn't make sense. I'm also quite confident there is a discord or minecraft account (one of morgan's alts) named something similar to "Morgan's router". I doubt they were referring to booting him.
