3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Hacking. This is a 10 minute video, i could not close it because i was being chased. Throughout the video however, it shows his clear aura.

Hello, me and a few other mods have watched this video and have decided it was not hacking. Mainly because of your fps of 10-20 in the corner. I will along with other staff members will be watching this player to make sure he isn't actually hacking.
