Evidence: If you actually go to these threads, you can see that Teddy's posts have been something like this: "Welcome :3 Hope you're having a good time" ":P That's why I left and went here" Etc.
Please post the threads here. With as many reports as we get, we can't be searching up every post that this player makes to see if its unconstructive.
As long as they are pertaining to the subject that the thread is discussing, he is fine. If he goes off topic, you can report those. As far as I see, hes not breaking any rules.
