He did say a number, but it was to you in a private message, not out in public chat. I see no threats here either, he just says hes getting pissed off, he doesn't say any kind of threat that I see. Sorry, Im closing this one as lack of evidence.

Also, players cannot request a perm ban. If the mod that handles the reports feels that a perm ban is necessary, they will request it.
