Offenders Name: TechElement
Rule Broken: Other players had suspicion that he had some kinda of hack. What I can describe is TechElement had a long reach. Sort of like a Kill Aura. TechElement even admits of hacking previously with a hack/mod called, SpeedBow.

Anyway, we can not take action against someone admitting to hacking. To ban them for hacks, we will need (preferably) a video of them hacking.
