If i have to add more SS i will. Even when he is blatantly AFK still auto chats the hover words. It is humanely possible, and I do it myself all the time. Anything above 1 second is more than possible. Waiting for it to come out and copy pasting it is also another method that isn't punishable. He is most likely memorizing the words and just unscrambling them after looking at the letters. Thank you for the report. Unfortunately the evidence provided is insufficient.
