      I have recently changed my name (from Moustajio_) and have had a problem on survival.
      When I changed my name I no longer had access to my chests that were claimed/private. I am sharing some chests with one player (poppypopo) but she can not access Minecraft at the moment.

      This is a UUID issue.
      There is no one with perms to help with these sign issues. As frustrating as it is. Your only bet is to change your name back(for now) or hope for a reset.
