I checked the warp and did not die. Also, the block you are above, you dont die when you hit it. Sorry, not a death warp. However could the dirt have been placed so you dont die, maybe, but you do not show proof of dying nor of open blocks at the warp block. Sorry, lack of evidence. Checked it myself.
