2. The offender's exact ingame name: SuicidalSmiles
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Toggling
4. Evidence/full screenshots: this is his own video and there is a few clips where he toggles. at 0:33 there is a hit that looks kind of weird. Could be a double hit idk. Near the end he blatantly toggles, he starts 5 blocking him and kills the player.
