OP PvP Stires cheating[Already Banned] ~lost

Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

1. Your ingame name: Tukr
2. The offender's exact ingame name: Stires
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Cheating
4. Evidence/full screenshots: When in the house you can clearly see that he is using speed, and uses it twice, first time he gets stuck, then once unstuck he uses it again. Stires (Aspertaine) is also known for bhopping on alts.

 

Also, not sure if he will ever learn his lesson considering he said he is "trying to get 100 bans" all he does is log on alts and bhop, then also does it on his main account
