Reporting: PinaColada__ The situation: My friend, named Riding was muted for disrespecting the mod... Dissapeared, my other friend, used /minecraft:me in chat, and PinaColada__ said it was allowed (I have the screenshot) then, Riding used /minecraft:me and said ''This is allowed?'' And PinaColada__ banned him for mute evasion. He was simply asking if it was allowed. No warning or anything, Pina banned him on the spot for just asking a question. Since Dissapeared used it and Pina said it was allowed, Riding thought he could use it! That's basically favoring players! Cmon, unban the dude! This isn't fair! Note; That was the only time he used the command, and he was simply asking a question. So many reports have been filed on this mod. the rules on the server are simply do not curse and no staff disrespect. He didn't even know there was a forums until I told him about it today when he got banned. he was asking a simple question. may you just unban him? you could have replied no.. it's not even a big deal, he told you nothing using the command just if he could use it or not. got a grudge?
As I said, he did not know there was even a forums. On the server there is the basic rules... No cheating, no disrespect, the basic things. He didn't know, just give him another chance. He just asked a damn question for gods sake.
Hi, The mod in question did nothing wrong, even if he was asking your friend was still evading the mute. Your friend can make an appeal or you can do it for him and as for autoclicker it was allowed until it was bannable a week ago. I suggest your friend read the rules. For bans usually no warning needs to be given and the rules are more than don not cure and no staff respect, there is more to it. As for paradox I would like to see his evidence of this ban on this report.

The mod in question in conclusion still has done nothing wrong however you will be applied with warning points for the behavior. He has valid evidence of the ban. Closing.
