IGN: mineterria Staff: OhhGlaze Rule broken: Inactivity. Evidence: I don't need to upload evidence, just go to his profile's recent activity and posts. He only handles reports or even posts every few weeks. Quite a few mods are very inactive. Only popping up on the forums every few weeks. Does Mineverse really need these inactive staff? Please note that this is an opinion, and a report. I would not like him to be demoted but he was promoted for a reason.
I know some of the team has been inactive lately, yes, there is significant evidence that leads us to that fact. I can admit that I am inactive, and we can observe that the others are as well and we can only assume it's because of real life stuff or just time-consuming education, but we try to be as active as possible. For the majority of people, school has just started, soon they will be caught up with so much activities and itineraries that they are slowly being blocked off the community and server. I'm not saying that it's wrong of you to report him, i'm just saying that sometimes you just have to put yourself in his shoes and maybe think of other possibilities on why he is inactive. I understand that. Completely. The staff are not mindless robots serving the server 24/7, they have lives too. OhhGlaze is 17 right, he must be studying for his life ahead, that's completely fine. But if he can't fit Mineverse in his schedule, then why bother at all... I know what staff go through, I got inactive then and there as well. But seriously, he only posts every few weeks or days at the most. He needs to step up his game. He said in his application that he would help the server. He has only handled a handful of reports and ban appeals. *Sigh* I don't want him demoted, he just needs to become active again.

Rakion's Diary Entry September 11, 1943, This has been the fourth year of World War II, it's still happening. We've had devastating and massive casualties, and our troops have suffered in and out of the battlefield. We fear if this keeps up, we and our supporting allies may lose the battle against the Germans. We've sent a request for a specialized bio-chemical weapon named 'OhhGlaze', and like I said, it's almost more than a week and it's still not here. Because of this, we are slowly losing the war and now our troops have lost the initiative to fight. Our General advised us to believe in ourselves and that we can achieve anything.
