Note: This is a copy of my actual report I made in the report section, just putting this out there Title: Pathetic. Let me start off by saying this is pathetic standards, even for some of you who don't even deserve the rank. I read in your staff chat the things you say to eachother, it's sad to see you guys conflicting more than you did when I was around. Just putting that out there. The report I'm making is about the Elrak situation. It is nearly a week and he still is not unbanned (Which fryzigg promised it would be "asap"). I wanted my thread unlocked, (I never even requested a lock, which is already abuse of power) however, no one will even respond to my requests. Except for Bananaman. He stated it was locked for a "reason". Oh, so now that you guys feel like any reason should do without telling me that "reason", you can just lock the thread? You guys can't lock threads that are A) Not requested B) Not flame wars Or C) Not adhering to forum rules I did not cross any of those boundaries, yet it was still locked. But I dont even care about that. What I'm steaming about is the fact that when I contacted 5 mods, and made multiple reports on it, no one would even respond, let alone unlock it. And keep in mind that I did not request a lock. The report I'm filing today is against 5 Moderators. @fryzigg for locking the thread @bananaman11223 Lying about Cypriot approving it @MaxNinja10 @larrythebird101 (All for not responding/denying) And @Prin for preforming the ill made ban with no approval even though she stated with others that she did. You first shoot Elrak in the face, then let him rot, lie about him being banned (or allowed to be banned) by fryz and Cyp and hush all of the people who think this is outrageous. You ban who you want for no reason, you even apply bias to them, like the banning of @anna #FreeElrak This isn't over till action is taken.
@fryzigg. This isn't 'pathetic', ryan. Yes, I accidentally made a mistake of banning Elrak. Get over it, he has an alt for the time being. I'm still trying to get Cyp to unban him too. The fact that you are reporting the other 3 moderators, (excluding fry) is completely wrong. They don't have permission to unlock, do they? So just stop thinking that you can try and get staff demoted and say they're not 'fit' for the position. You weren't fit for the position, so don't act like you know it all.

We were told by Cyp that if Elrak breaks one more rule, he's out. So don't start pointing fingers. It was accident for the final time.
I don't know what goes in your mind when I'm telling you it was an accident. You read and it goes through you for 2 seconds then back out again.
It was not. It was out of spite towards Elrak. Everything points to it. The lies about Cyp and fryz, the defensiveness of the team on the matter, the closing of the thread so it doesnt gain more traction.
Hello! I have come here to state my case. I understand your point of view, same as the other staff members. I have already shared my opinion on your locked thread which I think you saw. If you still don't understand, Elrak's ban was authorized by Cypriot. That is not a lie and nor is my post you speak of. It was a misunderstanding with the superiors but he said if Elrak breaks one more rule, he is to be perm banned from the forums. Prin has a misinterpretation and banned Elrak. Fair enough. End of story and we all know the situation there. Fryzigg may have not known that the post was there but who's fault was that? And how did Cypriot get involved as he has been away for a few days? I think the situation is misunderstood and needs to be cleared up. Cyp may not know the reason Elrak is banned for, but he will decide once knowing the situation. Point one: Banana is being reported for not unlocking thread. I clearly stated we would look into that. Disagree or not, we were going to discuss it with the team. Furthermore, I would have liked to talk with fry and why she locked it ect. It is not right to go around your superiors before talking about it. Out of all people, I know you understand that. Point two: Banana is being reported for lying to the people. Already stated once again. Fry may have not known but cypriot posted what he did. The staff team followed that and made it explained to people when the Elrak crisis came into play. We are not lying about that. Cypriot authorized his ban if he broke one more rule. Period. I feel like a broken record, I keep repeating myself only for you to come report me over something already explained. Merks will deal with the prin misdemeanor ban. I have nothing to do with that so I would like to stay out for the most part. Anyways, I hope we can work things out and get this whole situation cleared up. It has been a struggle. How many times must it be put in your head that it was not ban worthy. You stated that he knew and specifically authorized that exact ban along with fryz. He did not.
Right back at you, Ryan. I explained on your thread it is not ban worthy. Go read it again if you did not. Then you will see my point. The ban was not right but that is our of our control now. Cypriot will deal with that. I am being reported for lying still in your mind. Golly, I just stated if Elrak broke one more forum rule, he was to be banned. End of story there. Princess then saw something that was interpreted as disrespect and banned Elrak. Didn't I already state that? Come on, lets not go in circles. So let me ask again or first time, why am I being reported?
You sir are being reported for stating Cypriot & fryz both together approved this ban, which is needed to perm ban people. He was not informed of the situation, nor was fryz, so neither agreed with the ban.

Not for a petty reason but in general. And please, when did I ever state fry approved the exact ban reason or cyp for that matter. I was speaking about why he was banned and how it was misunderstood. I am chasing my own tail here. Please go read my context on the other thread please. Do not accuse me of lying. I am not dirty nor do I want that view. It is false. That is his choice but it is what he said and the staff have already stated that way before I did. I respect his opinion as always. I am just a background dancer in the situation for say. People just didn't understand what we were getting across. Now I'm being attacked for not taking unprofessionally. Please. Mi Amigo = Friend and Oh baby was to contradict your argument. Dj, when you had posted your comment on my profile I had no intentions of ignoring it. After you posted it I had gone to ask if it was okay to unlock, as stated above, I would not unlock a thread locked by somebody superior to me without permission.
