Hello, Staff i was recently just banned on Op PvP by 3Yerrt reason: i clearly said "Hacking Scrub 3Yerrt" as you know on Op PvP it blacks it out like this ****ing Scrub 3Yerrt.. so 3Yerrt thinks i am saying "ing scrub 3yerrt" so of course no warning are shown no mute just a clear ban.. That was not needed i did not say "ing Scrub 3yerrt" so please do not ban me without actually evidence that those were the words exactly shown... They were not shown in that way i clearly said "Hacking" but he bans me for staff disrespect witch i think is wrong as i didn't say those words i think if you do not believe me so much ask Cypriotmerks to go through the console and see what i said... As i am that confident that i didn't say those words. I deserve to be unbanned i didn't say those words.. He has declined 2 of my ban appeals and post on my profile to "Re-Make an Ban Appeal within 1 week" and he will look at it well i didn't do anything wrong so i am not waiting that long just as i didn't say it.. My other friend xXGamingPeakxX was banned for the same thing so he was banned then i was talking to 3Yerrt on the msg's and as i was in a skype call with xXGamingPeakxX and i didn't want him to be banned in that way so i was talking to him and i was showing that it blacks all of hacking and ing words out so he does not really know what is correctly being said... I was trying to tell what happened with xXGamingPeakxX as i was in a skype call with him. but in that time i said it in chat to show that it blacks out i got banned. for staff disrespect. I feel that @3yerrt that xXGamingPeakxX was angry because you killed him so he wouldn't of said "ing Scrub 3yerrt" otherwise he would be saying it to his self as you killed him more sense being said is "Hacking scrub" i'm sure and positive that it was not "ing Scrub" i am also sure i didn't say those words ing scrub" is clearly said "Hacking" to show how it was cut out when xXGamingPeakxX said it.sorry if you did not like me calling you that... but i do not like how i got banned either. i do want any responsibility to what happens to you @3yerrt either way you getting "De-oped" or something else I know you can be a great Mod i just didn't deserved to be banned thanks
After I had killed your friend. He said "F*cking scrub 3yerrt" Why exactly would he say "hacking". I'm a mod, I obviously don't hack. So I don't believe on that part. That is clear staff disrespect. I shouldn't have needed to give you a warning because your friend being banned should be warning enough to not repeat the exact same thing he did. But, you repeated it, there-for, I banned you. I told you to appeal again in a week. But instead, you appeal 30 seconds later, that is why I auto-denied it.

Go on and try saying ing and see if it says ****ing. If so, then there's no way to prove what was said. If not and says the cuss word, then he was saying hacking as we know for sure hacking becomes ****ing on op pvp

Yes, i think that too, @3yerrt as @ScoFu13 said that there is no solid proof of this so i suggesting incorrect ban between xXGamingPeakxX and Marloodog (me) i do not wish to extent this time by making a new Ban Appeal to get unbanned so i just want to keep at this and get unbanned.. thanks
Thank you for testing. The fact remains still, there is no way to know if he said one or the other. It censors it the same.

I'll happily unban Marloodog because I though he was also saying "F*cking Scrub 3yerrt" but I wont unban his friend as I do believe that is what he said.
ScoFu, you also said in a report against me awhile ago when I was called a "Scrub mod" that he was lucky I only muted him. And that you would have done more. So, here I'm getting called a scrub and I believe in the first instance I was sworn at. What would you have done if not for a mute?
Correct that is staff disrespect and I would have banned, but I wouldn't have gone as far as not allowing an appeal for a week. That's a little too far, he learned his lesson and tried appealing.
I doubt he learned his lesson if he appealed within 5 minutes. Being banned for 5 minutes isn't going to get through your head that you shouldn't be disrespectful. It's like your mum saying you can't go to that party because you're grounded but when the date of the party comes around she lets you anyway. You're not going to learn your lesson from being banned for only 5 minutes.
Yes, i understand xXGamingPeakxX should not be unbanned. As you said @3yerrt your happy to unban me... I will really appreciate it on Op PvP i am not unbanned yet just letting you know. so i would really like to be unbanned thanks
@ScoFu13 Also you banned me so really it is your choice not any other moderators if you ban someone you deal with the person you banned.
