He claims to have never scammed, and 2 hours after he promised me a 45$ purchase irl, I asked him to give me the receipt. He then ignored me completely not answering.

As diggy said it can take 24 hours to arrive, If not then we're going to need more proof of him agreeing to this said purchase otherwise it's not enough for a ban.

 

Well it was possible that a few other players saw and heard what Spyripper did on OP Prison, but yes, it has been 2 days and I have not received my purchase that he bought.
