Ps I Posted This Video And a Mod Asked Speedy_Cuber If He Did It And He Said He Didn't So The Mod Did Not Ban Him Kinda Biased Don't You Think

 

A mod cannot ban anyone without proof of someone breaking the rules. That is not biased, that is doing their job. Unfortunately, this doesnt show proof of the scam. We would have to see wwplgamer paying him the money and then speedycuber not following through with the deal.
