I'm still trying to get a full hang of the rules of skyblock.

A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: I understand that people are going to join in for fun, but the people stated above didn't really need to send a message that would promote spam in chat. Jarviredstone apologized, and someone else called me a moop or something, which I don't mind, but the server shouldn't have to deal with spam in-chat.

I really don't see any rules broken here by the players that you reported. Usually for spam, the players should say the same thing over and over, more than 3 or 4 times. I am closing this one for lack of evidence, sorry.
