The macroing is seen at 0:22 and though I agree and bet it is a macro as well, we can't ban for it since it's not considered sufficient evidence if he was to appeal. The evidence needs to show him moving, hitting or doing an action while the macro takes place. He could've opened chat in the video you provided above. If you feel like my judgement is wrong feel free to click the report button and another mod will double-check for you and reopen it if they disagree with me.
