Honestly who just randomly says "I have your Skype ;)" its was clearly a ddos threat not a random message

 

Just by saying that he has your Skype isn't a DDOS threat. It might be implied, but we don't go off implied threats. They have to actually threaten to DDOS. Closing for lack of evidence, sorry.
