   Just to sum it up really quickly. In the videoclip an EnderPearl is seen being thrown but not by the suspected.
   
   What I'm looking at in the way that makes me believe this player is hacking, is how fast I'm killed.

I don't think the proof provided would be enough evidence to punish this player, you seemed to be on 5 hearts and were missing half your armor.
