Thank you for the report. Unfortunately I don't believe the video shows him hacking. If he was using killaura, he'd snap earlier (on the first hit) and it's impossible to tell whether he's using reach just from this clip. If you're sure he's hacking then please record and report him again. You've probably seen more sketchy stuff from him before recording this, but based on this video alone we cannot ban.
