OK. I cannot ban him, as I cannot see his name properly, it's pixelated. And even with the chat messages added on, it could have been another player to me. Here's a tip for the future, install optifine, and use the "left ctrl button" to zoom in and take a better close up screenshot of his name. Sorry, I cannot ban this player due to lacking of evidence.
