Killing people with lava is allowed, unless the land was protected with a sponge.

Was the area protected? And if so, do you have proof of that?

 

No it wasn't protected... Weird a few months ago it was illegal to kill someone with lava, In fact a mod told me himself its illegal, Go ahead and lock this
