In this scam method an auction is started with a very small starting bid that will lure people to bid but with very high bid increment. Their objective is to get two people to bid at the same time, the 1st one will get nothing and the 2nd one will get the overpriced item. If this doesn't work and only one person places bid the auction is canceled and starts all over again. Evidence/screenshots.
