3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it:
Disrespect, harassment, stalking and island trespassing.

The user was banned for griefing my cows and he started bothering me again as soon as his ban appeal was accepted. From the first day I made clear to him that I dont want him to talk to me or to come near to my warp or to my island, griefers are not welcome on my island or in my shop. He kept referring to me with derogatory terms, he was stalking and attempted to ridicule me and despite the fact that I asked him several times not to come at my shop he kept coming in total disrespect. I dont want money or items from griefers. Today I got him flying near my cows, he was trespassing on my island for one more time and run away as soon as he saw me.
Do I have to be greifed again before you realize that this player causes trouble? Do I have the right to have living things on my island? If I do, I expect you to uphold the server's rules and give me some peace of mind. I have better things to do other than wasting your time and chasing this menace around my island. This user, 1. is not respectful to me, 2. he is unethical as all the griefers and 3. he doesn't use common sense, because instead of allowing the player who never bothered him before and got him banned once to be in peace, he keeps bothering him.

Honestly there is no rule that is broken here. You may not want him on your island or in your shop, but it is not against the rules for him to be. If you made it a warp for the public, ANYONE is allowed to go. None of these screenshots show actual harassment or degrading comments. No rules have been broken. I am sorry he annoys you, but you are going to have to deal with it until you can catch him breaking a rule and then report him again.
