Fixed [SkyBlock] Rare crate key reward [Fixed]

IGN: Sando3
Gamemode: Skyblock
Description: When you vote, you have a small chance to get an extra reward. This could be an enchantment table, diamond pickaxe, money etc. But also a rare crate key. The problem is that there is no rare crate and you do NOT get given a key. It's double bugged.

You'd fix this by it giving an Ultra key.
