Unfortunately, us mods do not have permission to grant back money from deals gone bad. The only advice I can give you now is to email support@mineverse.com and wait for a response. You will have to provide evidence as well. Also, about this deal you are doing with the other player. There is no rank in the mineverse shop called "hero". This may have been for a different server but if he did end up scamming you, nothing could be done as it is a real world trade which mods can't get involved in.
