The problem is that you do not provide any screenshots after the deal showing he still did not send you the dirt. You stop right after the money has been sent. He could have dropped it soon after. I would like another mod's opinion on this. No one else but the reporter/reportee and mod need to comment.
In the screenshot you sent the money and only two more chat lines follow. He is still standing there. There isn't a screenshot of the same view without him there nor one of an immediate screenshot following him leaving with you showing your inv proving there is mo dirt. See what I am saying. I would suggest recording your trades so if there is a scam there will be undeniable proof.
