Good Day, I do not know if this is intended or not (I suspect it is), but I would like to get some more information if possible on it. Scenario: Player obtains animals or villagers through eggs, or natural means and works to breed them. This typically means a decent number of creatures in a small space (1-2 chunks) Issue: Over time, it appears that these creatures despawn. I have not been able to figure out the exact algorithm, but it acts like a mod to prevent too many creatures per chunk. The biggest headache players are experiencing, is that over time, cows may completely despawn so you cannot breed more, or villagers are gone, meaning more time converting zombie villagers. I would love to know a bit more information on what is causing the random despawns so that when a player asks me about it, I am able to give a proper response. Adjustment: In the cases for me personally, the animal population has never been huge, but I have nevertheless seen some despawns that have been annoying. If this is indeed a mod, it may be worth investigating the threshold for it to see if it needs to be upped slightly. Would love to get more information and as always, please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Cheers, Melgrath
I take this is no longer an issue if it was you would have commented on it by now, I hope this is resolved and if it isn't mel feel free to create another thread. Resolved.
