Skrill12 Scammed me after not giving me the upgrade he said he would.
The deal was if I gave 4 mil before the upgrade and 4 mil after I got upgraded I would get God. A total of 8 mil. I payed him 4 mil like the deal. He "said" he upgraded me after a half of a min which it takes about 5-10 to upgrade someone and he didn't upgrade me shown by the proof. I got scammed 4 mil so I am reporting. Thank you for you time. Proof below \/ (I took smaller screen shots of the video cause it was a long video I waited for 60 min and nothing happened . Was on 9/17/15 wasn't upgraded scam happened on 9/16/15.
