This is not a scam. /cf is an automatic process. He doesnt have to pay you as the server automatically takes the same amount of money from both of your accounts, deducts the tax, then gives the winnings to the winner of the /cf. In this case, you earned $1700 and it should already be in your account. If you have any other questions, please message me privately on discord or on the forums. Thank you for your report.
