2. The offender's exact ingame name: panfry
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Skexey is on panfry ban evading, he is currently cheating on kit.
4. Evidence/full screenshots: ip check him pls

We need evidence that they are the same player/person or that the reported player is ban evading.

I will give you 24 hours to provide sufficient evidence (either edit it in or reply with it). Failure to do so in the given time span will have this report closed for lack of evidence/insufficient evidence.
